5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. Customers are expected to:

  • Be available to receive the order
  • Accept and pay for confirmed orders

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, weather, courier delays, or holidays.

Standard delivery time is:

  • 2–5 working days (major cities)
  • 3–7 working days (other areas)

7. Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchange support in case of:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Defective or damaged product

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within the specified return period after receiving the order.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
